Preparation of sodium methoxide test samples and reagents
Preparation of sodium methoxide test samples and reagents:
(1) Sodium methoxide-methanol solution, sodium methoxide was taken from the finished product tank of the production workshop, and its content was determined according to "standard", sodium methoxide 28.15%, moisture 0.084%, density 0.9620 g/cm3.
(2) Industrial anhydrous methanol, water <0.1%;
(3) Anhydrous acetic acid, the analytical pure glacial acetic acid was taken, and the water was accurately determined by Karl Fischer reagent, then the acetic acid anhydride was added with 0.01% concentrated sulfuric acid according to the water amount of 1:1 (molar ratio), and it was used after being placed for 2 hours;
(4) Acetic acid methanol solution, according to 1:5 configuration (volume ratio);
(5) Karl Fischer reagent;
Take 9 1000ml dry volumetric flasks, then weigh the specified amount of water (accurate to 0.0002 g) into the volumetric flask, immediately add the measured sodium methoxide solution to the mark, shake well, and then pour into a 30ml titration bottle. Weigh 1 to 2 g (accurate to 0.0002 g) and measure in a KF-1 moisture analyzer, and take the average of 2 times.
